an invitation to slow down
Retreats to help you slow down and reconnect.
Intimate yoga retreats in Italy created for people who want to step away from the noise, move gently, and come back to themselves in beautiful, grounding places.
the experience
Space to breathe, room to feel.
These retreats are not about performance or packed schedules. They are about creating space — to breathe more deeply, move more gently, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a slower rhythm in beautiful surroundings.

up to 7 guests
An intentionally small group.
Retreats are kept small — up to seven guests — to create a calm, personal, and supportive environment where you have the space to settle in fully.
Guests join in different ways:
- as a group of friends
- as a family
- as a couple
- individually, joining a shared group
- in curated formats — like women-only retreats
No matter how you join, the intention is always the same: to create a space that feels comfortable, natural, and easy to settle into.

The rhythm of the days
A Typical Retreat Flow
Less of a schedule, more of a gentle rhythm — here's a sense of how the days tend to unfold, with plenty of room to move at your own pace.
Part One
Getting There
Travel is part of the unwinding. Two simple paths, depending on where you're heading.
To Tuscany
Fly into Rome, Pisa, or Florence, then continue by car or train to Grosseto. From there, a pickup can be arranged to bring you the rest of the way.
To Lago Maggiore
Fly into Milan Malpensa, then travel by car or train to Arona. A pickup can be arranged from the station to the apartments by the lake.
Part Two
Arrival Day
A soft landing — nothing demanding, just space to settle in and meet the place.
- Arrive and settle into your space
- A small welcome gift to greet you
- A gentle evening yoga session to release the journey
- Dinner together, in a relaxed and easy way to meet the group
Part Three
During the Retreat
Each day follows a soft rhythm rather than a fixed schedule. You're invited to do as much, or as little, as feels right.
- Morning yoga session to begin the day gently
- A slow breakfast — communal or in your own space
- Apartments are stocked with coffee, tea, and breakfast essentials
- Open hours to rest, read, wander, or simply be
- An optional afternoon moment — a nature walk or local experience
- An optional second yoga session later in the day
- Dinner at a local restaurant, or a relaxed shared evening
Nothing is mandatory. The intention is space, not structure.
Part Four
Departure Day
A quiet close — unhurried, with time to carry the calm with you.
- A morning yoga session to gather yourself
- A slow breakfast
- A small parting gift
- Departures at each guest's own pace

a note from Justine
Created to feel grounding, not overwhelming.
I created these retreats to offer a space where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
The intention is not to impress or overwhelm, but to create an experience that feels grounding, beautiful, and genuinely supportive.
