the place

A working organic olive estate — deep in the Tuscan countryside.

The retreat is hosted on a fully organic olive estate and working farm in the province of Grosseto, in southern Tuscany. The land holds 2,500 traditional olive trees aged 200 to 300 years, alongside 23,000 newly planted olive trees, a greenhouse, and seasonal produce fields.

It is an authentic working farm — not a polished resort. The atmosphere is grounded, lived-in, and quietly beautiful. You'll feel the seasons, the soil, and the slow rhythm of the land.

Wake up to the Tuscan countryside.

Some mornings are crisp and clear. Others are softly misty over the hills. You may spot a fox in the grass, a rabbit by the olive trees, or simply hear birdsong in complete stillness.

Make tea in your kitchenette, walk the estate, find the koi lake, relax by the pool, or simply sit and watch the light change.
